Baker and Zachary skip the $25 BRPD form. Central might too.
The City of Baton Rouge FAQ is blunt: everyone in the city and East Baton Rouge Parish must get the $25 alarm permit except residents of Baker and Zachary. Those two are independent cities with independent police. If you buy in Copper Mill or on Groom Road and someone hands you a BRPD PDF, throw it out and ask us for the right office.
Central is also an independent city inside the parish. Confirm Central’s process on the quote. Do not assume the City-Parish form covers every roof in East Baton Rouge Parish. The parish line is not the city line.
What still applies everywhere
