South and southeast, if you want quieter ZIPs
Shenandoah, Old Jefferson, Highland Road, University Club, Bluebonnet, Inniswold, Oak Hills Place. 70810 and 70817 show up in every “where is it quieter” conversation. Gated streets still need monitoring. Porch packages still walk off.
Central city, if you want oaks and a short drive
Garden District, Southdowns, Bocage, Mid City, Spanish Town, Beauregard Town, Perkins Road. Older houses, more windows, leftover keypads. The $25 East Baton Rouge permit applies inside the city-parish.
North parish cities, if the school system is the reason you moved
Zachary, Central, and Baker are independent cities with independent schools. They do not all use the BRPD alarm form. We will not hand you a Baton Rouge permit for a 70791 address.
Livingston and Ascension, if you are priced out of 70810
Denham Springs and Walker remember 2016. Prairieville and Dutchtown are the growth keywords. Different parishes. Different offices. Same ADT watch.
West of the river
